Get A Former Law Enforcement Officer & A Former Prosecutor on Your Side

Attorney Donnie Andreski and Attorney Adam Andreski bring experience from both sides of the criminal justice system to their defense work.

Attorney Donnie Andreski spent more than 20 years with the College Station Police Department, serving as a patrol officer, detective, sergeant, and lieutenant overseeing the criminal investigations division. His work included extensive involvement in DWI investigations and leadership over complex criminal cases.

While serving as commander of the criminal investigations division, Attorney Donnie oversaw investigations involving assaults, drug offenses, sexual assaults, burglaries, thefts, child pornography cases, robberies, and homicides. That background provides a clear understanding of how investigations are conducted, how evidence is gathered, and how cases are prepared before charges are filed.

Attorney Adam Andreski brings experience from the prosecution side of the courtroom. Before entering criminal defense, he served as a prosecutor in both Harris County and Brazos County. He handled cases from initial filing through trial and gained firsthand insight into charging decisions, evidentiary review, and courtroom preparation.

Together, Attorney Donnie Andreski and Attorney Adam Andreski understand how criminal cases are built from the earliest investigative steps through trial. That combined perspective allows them to closely examine police procedures, challenge weaknesses in the State’s case, and prepare defenses grounded in the facts and the law.
