For years, Attorney Donnie Andreski has represented clients with a focus on preparation, clear communication, and trial-ready criminal defense work. Growth has followed, along with a need for a firm name that reflects the team behind that work.

The firm now marks an important change: The Law Office of Donnie Andreski is now The Andreski Law Firm, and Attorney Adam Andreski has joined the practice as a partner. The new name reflects how the firm operates today while keeping the focus clear: giving our clients the defense they deserve.

A Foundation Built on Investigative & Courtroom Experience

After graduating from Texas A&M University, Attorney Donnie Andreski spent more than 20 years with the College Station Police Department, serving as a patrol officer, detective, sergeant, and lieutenant. His work included extensive involvement in DWI investigations and leadership within the criminal investigations division, where he oversaw cases involving assaults, drug offenses, burglaries, thefts, and other serious crimes.

After retiring from law enforcement, he earned his law degree from South Texas College of Law Houston. Before opening his own firm, Attorney Donnie Andreski spent years representing clients accused of offenses ranging from minor in possession to murder and tried cases to juries. His practice reflects close attention to investigative details, careful review of procedures, and steady communication with clients throughout the legal process.

Former Prosecutor Attorney Adam Andreski Joins the Firm

Attorney Adam Andreski earned his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University in College Station and served in the Corps of Cadets before earning his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law Houston.

He brings firsthand experience from the prosecution side of the courtroom. Before moving into criminal defense, he served as a prosecutor in both Harris County and Brazos County. He managed cases from initial filing through trial and gained insight into how charging decisions are made, how evidence is evaluated, and how cases are prepared for court.

As a defense attorney, he focuses on protecting constitutional rights, challenging improper procedures, and building case strategies grounded in the facts. His work includes DWI defense, drug charges, and a wide range of misdemeanor and felony cases.

What the Partnership Means for Those We Defend

The new partnership is not just a firm announcement. For clients, it will show up in the details, such as time spent preparing a case and the ability to respond when concerns arise. Criminal charges can create immediate consequences, from bond conditions and court settings to employment and family stress, all arriving fast. With two attorneys working side by side, the firm can devote more attention to early investigation, evidence review, and motion practice, which can shape a case long before trial.

The partnership also strengthens the firm’s ability to evaluate cases from multiple angles. Attorney Donnie Andreski understands investigations from the inside because he conducted them and supervised them for decades. Attorney Adam Andreski understands prosecution decision-making because he worked within that system. Together, they bring complementary perspectives that help identify weaknesses in the State’s case and prepare a defense that is thorough, deliberate, and ready for trial when necessary.

Looking Ahead

People charged with crimes face life-changing consequences, and every case deserves careful attention. The Andreski Law Firm enters this next chapter with a clear purpose: defend clients with integrity, focus, and consistent preparation.
